Who is responsible
Gabriela Pulido is responsible for the personal information processed through gabrielapulido.com. For privacy questions or requests, contact gabrielap@scalto.com.
Browsing and contacting Gabriela
This website presents Gabriela’s work, ideas and speaking experience. It does not have an on-site contact form. If you email Gabriela, she receives your email address, message and any information you choose to include, and uses them to respond and manage your inquiry. Records may be retained for follow-up, applicable legal requirements and handling disputes.
The hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser details and access times to serve and secure the website. Hosting logs follow the provider’s configuration and retention practices.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only when you accept analytics. It measures visits, page usage, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions such as clicks to contact Gabriela. Google processes technical request information to provide this service. We do not intentionally send your name, email address or message content to Analytics.
The website’s Google tag disables Google Signals and advertising personalization, and keeps advertising consent denied. It is used to understand and improve the website, not to run personalized advertising. Declining analytics does not limit access to the website. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing, including international processing.
Cookies and local storage
- Privacy choice: local storage remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics for up to 180 days. It does not contain your name or email address.
- Analytics: when accepted, GA4 may use cookies such as
_gaand_ga_JX7DLCHZD8to distinguish visits and maintain session information. The website sets their expiration to 180 days without automatically extending it on each visit. - Podcast cache: local storage keeps the latest matching Ideas to Scale episode and its update time. The cached episode is used for six hours before a refresh is attempted. It is episode information, not a visitor profile.
You can change your analytics choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Rejecting analytics stops further collection on this website and attempts to remove its first-party Analytics cookies; previously collected data is not automatically erased. Browser settings can also clear stored information. The website keeps analytics off when it detects Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track signal.
Podcasts and external links
The website requests episode information directly from Apple’s public podcast catalog to keep the featured podcast current. That request can disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser request details to Apple, independently of optional analytics. A newer episode may load its artwork from Apple’s catalog. See Apple’s privacy policy.
Links to Scalto, YouTube, Instagram, podcast platforms, foundations and event websites take you to external services with their own privacy practices. Scalto’s contact page is separate from this website. Social videos are linked with local thumbnails rather than embedded players.
Your requests and updates
You can ask about your personal information or request access, correction or deletion by emailing Gabriela. Requests will be handled according to applicable law; some records may need to be retained. This notice may change when the website’s tools or practices change. The update date above identifies this version.
